To setup your broadband router on Virgin is easy, just follow the below steps.

1/ First of all plug your Virgin modem into the WAN socket on the router, it might be labelled WAN or its the port that does NOT have a number next to it e.g 1, 2, 3 or 4.

2/ Then plug in any computers, laptops, PS3, Xbox 360 etc or if doing wirelessly make sure you have the reciever installed on each device that will be connect.

3/ Then and most importantly turn everything OFF, this included the Virgin modem, router and any computers, laptops, PS3, Xbox 360 etc

4/ Leave off for around 5 mins then turn everything back on, hopefully now you can connect to the router and start using the internet, if not repeat the step again.

Once you have all working you are best to login to the router and setup security password so you neighbours dont steal your internet!!!!
