Sumvision Phoenix Disks read errors

We have had some customers returning the Sumvision Phoenix dvd player as the disks are not reading. In many of the cases the units were fine and we found the problem sometimes is that if something is sitting on the top of the player it must make the dvd player off balance and therefore will not read the disk, if you have this problem first try removing anything from the top of the player and make sure on a flat surface. | |
