Because we are an online retailer, we find it more efficient to answer all queries by email support ticket instead of over the phone. However if you think that your query could be only resolved over the phone, you can call us on (0845) 257 8853. We feel that it is important to keep a record of all the information and conversations that have taken place between ourselves and our customers. The best way to keep a track of the history of an enquiry is via emails or tickets, by telephone that is very hard to do effectively. We aim to reply to all our support tickets within 24 hours.

Please note that if you have any items missing / damaged or require to return and item you will need to do this via out ticket system and not over the phone.  This is so that we can give you full details of how to proceed and will be resolved right away.
