Epson printers come with a 30 day warranty with us and the rest of the 12 months is covered with Epson direct. They have many service centres up and down the country and you can find your local one by clicking the below link :- http://www.epson.co.uk/Express-Centres/index.htm This service is FREE for printers under 12 months old, all you need is your original sales receipt. If you do not have this then you can give us your order number and we can email you a replacement or at the very worst post one out if you do not have access to any printer. | |
